Scottie
had a malt shop during the 1950s, here in Old Towne Orange at
Watson's Drug Store. Starting in Santa Ana in 1935, Scottie
opened his first Scotties. After half a dozen other restaurants,
he came to Orange. Twenty years at Watson's and almost a decade
at what was then Chapman College, Scottie at last retired to
cook at the Orange Annual Pancake Breakfast. Here with this
family-approved cookbook, you can still pay a visit to
Scottie's.
